It's Cookie Day!

Well, it's that time of year again! De Anna and I went to town to pick up all of the cookies for the Service Unit. We have 5 troops that ordered cookies this year. Since De Anna and I are veteran's now it seemed a little easier this year. We learned that instead of sorting them into varieties first and then sorting them by troop, it was much easier to sort them by troop the first time around!!

The first picture is of the warehouse in a closeby town that is about 40 minutes away. It was dark in there so this was the only picture that turned out. You can see how many Thin Mints there are just by themselves.

This is my garage after sorting them into the 5 different troops.

Here we transported them to another troop's cookie mom's house.

And here's their troops cookies in their garage.

All I know is that at the end of the day, I'm exhausted!! Now all I need to do is just sort my troops cookies into 18 girls and get them picked up and get both of my girls' 100+ boxes of cookies delivered (door-to-door) ~ all in the midst of Destination Imagination Week!!

That is like Thin Mint heaven! Lovely! It does look like a lot of work, but oh how happy it makes me to know those are just across town.

I probably owe you a small fortune...or my first born. Which would you prefer?

Happy Cookie Day!
